1) Who should I call for billing inquiries?

Please follow instructions on your bill or call our office at 201-907-0900.


2) Do you take my insurance?

We accept all insurances and work with out of network benefits please call our office and speak with one of our billing associates for further explanations, however we do not accept Medicaid patients at this facility.


3) Do we have weekend hours and evening hours?

Yes. Saturday's 9am - noon, and on Wednesday and Thursday, we have evening hours until 7pm.


4) Do we have practitioners and staff who speak Spanish?

Yes, we have a nurse practitioner who is fluent in Spanish as well as other staff members.


5) When should I make my first obstetrical appointment?

After you have missed your period you should call the office and we will schedule a visit to confirm your pregnancy. Once the pregnancy has been confirmed we schedule your first obstetrical appointment with the Dr. and our obstetrical nurse 8-10 weeks after your last menstrual cycle.

7) Do you have female practitioners?

Yes, we have Payal Shah, MD as well as 2 nurse practitioners who specialize in OB-Gyn Care, Carla Rizzo, NP and Stephanie Matthews, NP


8) What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all credit cards and debit cards, personal checks and cash.


9) What do I do if I need a refill on a prescription over the weekend?

We urge you to call before the weekend for your refills, the office closes at 2pm on Friday's so please plan ahead regarding your prescriptions. If it is urgent and you need a physician for an emergency we always have a doctor on call to attend to your needs.


10) How far in advance do I need to call for an appointment?

Emergencies are always seen as needed, but for your yearly appointments please call 2- 3 months in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
